Connect your store

1. In AdsPing, open Integrations → ikas.
2. Enter your store name — the part before .myikas.com in your admin address. For acme.myikas.com, enter acme.
3. Click Connect and approve the permissions ikas shows you. You land back in AdsPing with the store listed.

Choose a pixel

Pick which pixel the store reports to. Nothing is tracked until you do: the storefront script carries the pixel id, so AdsPing installs it only once a destination exists. Changing the pixel later reinstalls the script automatically.

What gets sent

• Purchase — every new order, from the server, with the buyer's email, phone and address hashed for matching.
• Refunds and cancellations — ikas has no separate refund event, so AdsPing watches each order's status and reports the change when it happens.
• Storefront events — page views, add to cart and checkout steps, including the checkout page itself.

Verify

1. Place a test order on your storefront.
2. Open the store in AdsPing. The badge turns to Connected once the first event arrives.
3. Check Events for the Purchase, and your ad platform's own events tool for the matching conversion.

Troubleshooting

• The store says “Waiting for first order”. Nothing has arrived yet. Place a test order; if it still does not appear after a few minutes, disconnect and connect again — that re-subscribes the webhooks.
• No storefront events. Check that a pixel is selected. Without one the script is not installed at all.
• The store disappeared from the list. ikas stops accepting our credentials when the app is removed from the store, and AdsPing marks the connection closed. Connect it again.
