Kommo

Paste a long-lived token from your Kommo account. AdsPing registers the status-change webhook itself, so there is nothing else to configure inside Kommo.

Kommo calls deals leads and stages statuses. A lead moving into a mapped status is what fires the conversion.
1

Create a long-lived token

A private integration in your own Kommo account.

In Kommo open Settings → Integrations → Create integration. Give it a name, grant access to leads, contacts and webhooks, and save. Open Keys and scopes and generate a long-lived token. Copy it — Kommo shows it only once.

2

Connect

Open your pixel → Integrations → Kommo.

Enter your account address (the part before .kommo.com) and paste the token. AdsPing checks the account, stores the token encrypted, and subscribes to lead status changes on your account.

3

Pick a pipeline & map statuses

Choose the pipeline and map each status to a Meta CAPI event.

Map the statuses that matter — for example Closed – won → Purchase. Turn on Use deal value to send the lead budget in your account currency, or set a fixed value for lead-style events.

4

Test it

Move a lead into a mapped status and watch it arrive.

Drag any lead into a status you mapped. Within ~60 seconds it shows up in Recent activity, and in Meta Events Manager → Test Events if your pixel has a test event code set.

Tip — match quality

  • Attach a contact with a phone or email to the lead so AdsPing can include it and Meta matches the conversion to a person.
  • Long-lived tokens expire. The connection card shows the date; paste a new token before then to keep conversions flowing.
