GoHighLevel

Connect a GoHighLevel sub-account, pick which pipeline stages count as a lead or a sale, and AdsPing reports those opportunities to your ad platforms.

GoHighLevel calls deals opportunities. An opportunity moving into a stage you mapped, or being marked Won, is what sends the conversion.
1

Connect GoHighLevel

Open your pixel → Integrations → GoHighLevel.

Option A — sign in (recommended). Click Connect with GoHighLevel, choose the sub-account and approve access. AdsPing stores the access encrypted, refreshes it automatically and hears about stage changes on its own.

Option B — Private Integration Token. In the sub-account open Settings → Private Integrations → Create and allow View/Edit Opportunities, View/Edit Contacts, View Locations and View/Edit Custom Fields. Copy the token. Find the Location ID under Settings → Business Profile, or paste the address of any sub-account page (it contains /location/<id>/) and AdsPing reads the ID from it.

2

Token only: add a Workflow

Sign-in connections skip this step.

A token connection can't hear stage changes by itself, so GoHighLevel has to send them. AdsPing shows you a webhook address after you connect. In GoHighLevel:

  • Open Automation → Workflows and create a Workflow from scratch.
  • Add the triggers Pipeline Stage Changed and Opportunity Status Changed, each filtered to the pipeline you want to track.
  • Add a Webhook action: method POST, URL = the address you copied from AdsPing.
  • Under Custom Data add the key opportunity_id with the value {{opportunity.id}}.
  • Save and publish the Workflow.
3

Pick a pipeline & map stages

Choose the pipeline and the event each stage sends.

Map the stages that matter, for example Booked → Lead. The last row, Won (marked won in any stage), fires whenever an opportunity is marked won. We suggest Purchase with Use opportunity value on.

GoHighLevel doesn't tell us your currency, so pick the currency your opportunity values are in. It is required when any stage sends the opportunity value.

4

Test it

Move an opportunity into a mapped stage and watch it arrive.

Move any opportunity into a stage you mapped. Within about 60 seconds it shows up in Recent activity, and in Meta Events Manager → Test Events if your pixel has a test event code set.

Tips

  • Give each opportunity a contact with a phone or email, so the ad platform can tell which person bought.
  • If the connection card asks you to reconnect, sign in again, or for a token connection create a new token, then disconnect and connect again.
