WooCommerce

A WordPress plugin reports your orders from the server, so conversions survive ad blockers and a checkout page that never finishes loading.

Install the plugin

  1. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New and search for AdsPing (or upload the zip you were sent).
  2. Activate it. WooCommerce must already be active.

Connect your store

  1. In WordPress, open WooCommerce → AdsPing.
  2. Click Connect to AdsPing. You'll be sent to your AdsPing dashboard to approve the store and choose which pixel receives its orders.
  3. You land back in WordPress with the connection active.
Your site has to be reachable from the internet to finish connecting — we hand the credentials to your site directly rather than showing you a key to paste. Local installs and IP-restricted staging sites can't complete this step.

Choose what counts as a sale

Card payments are always reported the moment your gateway confirms them. Bank transfer and cash on delivery never confirm automatically, so you decide which order statuses count — Processing and Completed by default.

You can also choose whether the conversion value is the order total (tax and shipping included, the default) or the product subtotal. This is the number your return on ad spend is calculated from.

Verify

  • Place a real order (or set a gateway to test mode) and check Integrations → WooCommerce in AdsPing — the store card shows the order count and when the last order arrived.
  • In Meta Events Manager, the Purchase should appear with a high match quality. The plugin captures the click identifiers at checkout, which is what makes that number high.
Purchases are not double counted. The server event and the browser event share one event id, so the ad platforms treat them as a single conversion.

Troubleshooting

  • "No orders in 48 hours" on the store card — usually the plugin was deactivated, a security plugin is blocking outbound requests, or the site moved to a new domain.
  • You copied the site to staging — tracking pauses automatically on the copy so test orders never reach your live ad reporting. Reconnect from the copy only if you actually want it tracked separately.
  • An order was missed during an outage — a daily sync compares your recent orders against what we received and re-sends anything missing, so short outages heal themselves.
  • Nothing at all arrives — turn on Write delivery details to the WordPress debug log in the plugin settings and check wp-content/debug.log.
