Pipedrive

Connect Pipedrive and map deal stages to Meta CAPI events. AdsPing watches stage changes via a Pipedrive webhook — no extra setup after connecting.

Connect Pipedrive

Open your pixel → Integrations → Pipedrive → Connect, then approve access.

Click Connect Pipedrive and grant access in your Pipedrive account. AdsPing registers a webhook so it's notified when a deal's stage changes.

Pick a pipeline & map stages

Choose the pipeline and map each stage to a Meta CAPI event.

Map the stages that matter — for example Won → Purchase. Turn on Use deal value to send the deal value, or set a fixed value for lead-style events.

Test it

Move a deal into a mapped stage and watch it arrive.

Move any deal into a stage you mapped. Within ~60 seconds it appears in Recent activity, and in Meta Events Manager → Test Events if your pixel has a test event code set.

Attach a person with an email/phone to the deal so AdsPing can include it — that's what lets Meta match the conversion and raises the event match quality.

Tip

The 60-second debounce means dragging a deal across several stages quickly only fires once, for the stage it lands on.
